Indulge in a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Each Yomassage session begins with a five minute deep breathing ritual, or a unique themed meditation that helps ground you in the present moment. You’ll let your concerns float away as you’re guided through a series of six restorative stretches while a Yomassage therapist provides therapeutic massage and guided meditation. Through the session, you’ll move into a place of tranquility and relaxation. As the session comes to a close and you take a look at your lavish surroundings, you’ll feel a true sense of tranquility. 

Yomassage® sessions are led by massage therapists certified in Yomassage® and can be 1-1, or the therapist can serve clients in a small group of 5 or less.

Massage therapy is a gentle exchange of trust between therapist and client. A variety of modalities including  therapeutic, swedish massage & Thai stretching techniques are used to effectively promote relaxation and the healing response to support you through improved overall sense of wellbeing, acute injuries, chronic pain management, pregnancy and over all health.

Hot Stone Massage

1 hour · $70

Hot-Stone Massage combines the wellness benefits of the restoration massage and the relaxation benefits of heat-therapy. Water-heated Lava stones are applied throughout the session allowing the muscle  and entire body to become completely relaxed.

Treatment plans encouraged, discounts available for 6 session packages.

Chinese Cupping $5

The basic idea behind cupping therapy is to place cups on the patient’s skin to create a vacuum, so the blood is drawn to the surface of the skin in specific parts of the body that need healing.

Aromatherapy $5

Young Living Essential Oils and blends may be included in all services upon request to address various concerns like: boosting immunity, breathe treatment, digestive support, joint/muscle discomfort, emotion/mood/energy balance or head tension.

Relaxation Massage (30/60/90 mins): Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility!

Therapeutic Massage (30/60/90 mins): This intuitive approach to deep tissue bodywork is intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. Techniques including Myofascial Release, Positional Relief and Trigger Point Therapy are  blended to stretch the fascia and release the stubborn "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. The effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Prenatal Massage (30/60/90 mins): Pregnant and miserable? Need to feel better, and hurt less during pregnancy? You will be comfortably supported in side-lying position with pillows. It's okay if you fall asleep!   I have no restrictions on how early or late in pregnancy. 

Postpartum Massage (30/60/90 mins): Recover from childbirth, cope with sleep deprivation, and feel emotionally and physically better when you get regular massage therapy through motherhood. Start within 5 days of giving birth, and continue during those first 16 weeks of adjusting to life after pregnancy.
